YKI’s instrumentation is adapted for particle size determination over a range from 0,6 nm-2000 µm.
- Zetasizer Nano (Photon correlation spectroscopy and Zeta potential), Malvern Instruments
- Mastersizer 2000 (Laser diffraction), equipped with dry sample module, Malvern Instruments
- Light microscopy
- Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM)
- Environmental Scanning Electron Microscopy (ESEM) with image analysis.
Surface analysis of powders can be performed with FT-IR or ESCA.
