Grant from VINNOVA
YKI has together with the Swedish SME Gipeco in Jönköping received a grant of 2.4 MSEK from VINNOVA (The Swedish Governmental Agency for Innovation Systems) within the programme Forska&Väx (Research&Grow) that focuses on R&D in SMEs.In the project the company’s next generation of environmentally adapted floor care products will be developed. Further, the properties of Gipeco's most innovative products will be characterised and scientifically proven with a number of scientific methods available at YKI.
The project will lead to improved products, a deeper understanding about their functions and characteristics, and will increase Gipeco's competitiveness and opportunities for international growth.
