SweChoc - The Swedish Chocolate Centre
SweChoc is a research centre devoted to research on chocolate, and is hosted by YKI, Institute for Surface Chemistry and SIK - The Swedish Institute for Food and Biotechnology.
The objective of the Swedish chocolate research centre, SweChoc, is to strengthen the competitiveness of the participating companies by utilization of the competences in structure design and surface chemistry at the Swedish Institute for Food and Biotechnology and the Institute for Surface Chemistry.
The centre is financed by the industrial partners, and is open to new members. The research is jointly carried out by the two research institutes, under advice of the industrial partners.
