CODIRECT - Controlled Delivery and Release Centre
CODIRECT is an Institute Excellence Centre, an important part of Sweden’s new innovation strategy of creating strong R&D environments. The Centre is hosted by YKI, the Institute for Surface Chemistry.
The Institute Excellence Centre program is funded by the public funding agencies VINNOVA and the Knowledge Foundation, and by industry, for creating “...leading international environments for research, development and innovation activity within areas of great importance to the future competitiveness...”. CODIRECT also receives support from the Foundation for Strategic Research through the ProInstitute programme
CODIRECT aims at developing technology platforms for delivering and releasing desired substances to the place and at the time of choice.
